A task is an action/condition that is going to be automatically processed by the system during the active times you set in the LinkedIn settings on Expandi.
Different types of actions will be displayed (connection requests, messages, event invites, etc.) on the LinkedIn account Dashboard and Analytics page, or the Tasks page, depending on the active campaigns you have.
The tasks on Expandi are scheduled in batches and only for one day. They are planned for the next day once the previous day has passed and the active times for the new day have started.
It is possible to influence the tasks with the Campaign Priority feature. It is very useful when using multiple builder campaigns at a time. You can learn more about it here.
Where to find scheduled tasks for the day on the LinkedIn account 'Dashboard' and 'Analytics' page?
If you want to see what tasks are planned for the day, you can check them on the LinkedIn account 'Dashboard' or the 'Analytics' page, in the 'Upcoming tasks' section.
To find all the tasks and see which ones are done or still in the queue, you should click on the 'Go to tasks' button. Please see below:
Where to find scheduled tasks in the 'My Campaigns' section?
Go to the LinkedIn account menu and click on the 'My Campaigns' option
Now go to the 'Tasks' tab by clicking on it
In the Tasks section, you are able to filter on the 'Upcoming' tasks or 'Done' tasks. By default, when you go to the Tasks tab, at first you'll see all the 'Done' (completed tasks). If you wish to see scheduled tasks (not processed yet), you should filter on the 'Upcoming' tasks.
You can also filter on the 'Type'. This can be done by clicking on the 'Type' filter and selecting the task (action) from the list that you wish to see the scheduled tasks for. The drop-down list in this filter is scrollable; you can scroll down to see more actions.
