If you wish to outreach members of your first-degree connection, the best way to do so is through a Messenger Campaign.

1. Go to Expandi

2. Go to the Campaigns tab and click on Add Campaign

3. Choose the Messenger Campaign Type

4. Create a Campaign name

5. Choose if you want to create it with/without a template

6. Write down your welcome message and follow-up messages

7. Once done, press Apply and save the changes

8. To add people to the campaign, please click the People tab

9. Choose if you want to create a new search or Import CSV file

10, Once you have created the messages and added your leads to the campaign it is ready to go live. You can make sure it is active by going to the Settings tab within the campaign. Here you have two options:

  1. Schedule a date/time for the campaign to go live

  2. Set live now by switching the Active button.

You can also assign people to the campaign from My Network tab. How to do it?

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open My Network tab

  2. Use the filters to select the leads you wish to outreach

  3. Click Actions and press Assign Selected to Campaign

  4. Select the campaign you wish to add the leads to and press Add Selected Contacts To Campaign

Just remember, you will only be able to add 'Contacts' to a messenger campaign, meaning that you should be a 1st-degree connection with this lead on LinkedIn.
