If you wish to connect your email into Expandi to start automating email outreach you can do so by following this guide.

Step 1: Go to Profile Settings (this can be found directly in your dashboard)

Step 2: Scroll to the tab which says Email Integration

Step 3: Click connect

Step 4: Select the type of integration you wish to use. This all depends on the email service provider you use.

Gmail

If you use Gmail / Gsuite your data should be automatically populated.

Please note the following:

  • SMTP username: Your Gmail address.

  • SMTP password: Your Gmail password.

  • SMTP server address: smtp.gmail.com.

  • Gmail SMTP port (TLS): 587.

  • SMTP port (SSL): 465.

  • SMTP TLS/SSL required: yes.

  • Enable IMAP (Go to settings of the Gmail profile, see all settings, Forwarding and POP/IMAP, Enabled)

You should also ensure you have Less secure app access turned on.

Outlook

If you use Outlook the data should be automatically populated.

Please note the following:

  • SMTP username: Your Outlook address.

  • SMTP password: Your Outlook password.

  • SMTP server address: smtp-mail.outlook.com

  • IMAP server: outlook.office365.com

  • SMTP TLS/SSL required: yes.

  • Enable IMAP
