If for some reason you want the software to stop all actvity during a certain period you can do so in the Profile Settings.

Step 1: Go to Profile Settings

Step 2: Select the tab on the left Additional Inactive Days

Step 3: Enter the dates you want to software to pause during, or use the calendar to select the dates

Step 4: Click Add Inactive Period

From here you can also delete/remove an inactive periods you may have already set.

Step 1: Select the time period you want to delete

Step 2: Select Remove Off Period(s)
