Resellers have the ability to manage their own reseller information including the CSS, logo, any external chat scripts and SMTP information.

You can do this from the Manage reseller function as shown below:

Once you get access to this page, scroll until you see something like this:

Here you are able to add your own
☑️ SMTP Server

☑️ SMTP Username

☑️ SMTP Password

☑️ SMTP Port

If you don't understand what these are or where you can find these, just ask pop up on the chat and we will be happy to guide you.

Here you are able to test the SMTP to see if it works how you would like. If you click the button Test Your SMTP, you will see a pop up like below

Here you can type an email address you have access to. If everything works how it should you will receive an email from the SMTP that you have set up.
