Message Queue can be reached by the Inbox tab.
The Inbox Filters are three types – Enter filter words, Filter on type and Filter on message status.
You are also able to Retry Selected Massages and Retry Filtered Messages.
Enter Filter Words
Enter filter words which will be looked based on the person’s name, company name and job title.
Filter on Type
Type is referring to whether the message was Direct (sent manually) or through a campaign as an automated message.
Filter on Status
Status means the current state of the message. They can be Processing (it will be sent shortly), Failed (it was not sent because Expandi ran into an issue), In queue (it is scheduled to be sent) and Sent (it has been sent to the prospect).
