In a campaign you now have the ability to bulk pause or continue. Within campaigns, users can set up sequences to send to their leads. The user will continue to receive messages in the sequence until they reply. Once the lead replies to a message the campaign is automatically paused and the user can decide what to do next. There are a few options in this case including reply templates and manual responses.

Users can also manually pause and resume campaigns in bulk. This can be found within Campaigns, in the People tab. Simply select the users you wish to add to the bulk, and select the Filtered actions button, as shown below.

Here users can bulk continue or pause the campaign.
