One way to add new people into a campaign using webhooks is to create a form on your website where customers can fill in their information including their:

· Name

· Email address

· LinkedIn profile URL

When the user fills their information in on the form, using Zapier, their information will be sent to Expandi and into the campaign you select, where you can begin outreaching.

Part 1:

1. Create a connector campaign within Expandi by clicking

a. Campaigns

b. Add campaign

c. Connector Campaign

d. Create Campaign

2. Create a form. A good tool to use is Gravity Forms. You can include any fields you like such as the users’ name, company and email. But the most important field to make this work is their LinkedIn Profile URL.

Part 2:

1. Open up Zapier.com

a. Click on Make a Zap!

b. Name your zap

c. Select App as Gravity Forms

d. Set trigger as New Form Submission

e. Select Continue

f. Copy the Webhook URL

2. Open the form you created in Gravity Forms

a. Select the Zapier option on the left-hand side

b. Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Zapier

3. Do a test run

Part 3:

1. Select Choose an Action

a. In Choose App and Event, search for Webhooks by Zapier

b. In Action Event, select Post

2. Select Customize Request

a. Paste the URL which can be found in Expandi

i. Go to the campaign you created

ii. Go to the integration tab in the campaign

iii. Copy the URL found under the text ‘URL to use’

b. Set Payload type as Json

c. In the Data section, you can map the fields which you have set in your form e.g. profile_link for the users LinkedIn profile URL. Note that all data is optional except LinkedIn Profile Link.

3. Do a test run and see the information should be sent to Expandi.

Part 1

2. Create a form in Gravity Media

Part 2

  1. Open up Zapier.

a. Click on Make a Zap

b. Name your zap

c. Select App you used, in this case, Gravity Media

d. Set trigger as New Form Submission

e. Select Continue

f. Copy the URL

2. Open the form created

a. Select Zapier within settings

b. Paste the URL

Part 3

  1. Select Choose an Action

a. In Choose App and Event, search for Webhooks by Zapier

b. In Action Event, select Post

c. Select Continue

2. Select customize report

a. Get the URL which can be found in the campaign in Expandi

b. Paste the URL into Zapier

c. Set Payload type as Json

d. Map the fields which are in your form you created. Below shows the most important field profile_link, where the user puts their LinkedIn profile URL.

3. Do a test run and see the information should be sent to Expandi.
