If someone does not have their first name capitalized in their LinkedIn account, it is now possible to let the software to automatically do this for you. The steps which you must follow are to:

  1. Go into the Profile Settings from the dashboard.

  2. Scroll to the Interaction Settings,

  3. Enable the "Capitalize names automatically" radio button.

Keep in mind that if someone has two or more first names, the system will only capitalize the name which appears first. For example, if there is prospect with a name "john michael" it will show up as "John michael."

If someone has an emoji in their LinkedIn profile name, the software cannot automatically remove them, therefore you must download a list of those people as a CSV file and manually clean up your prospect list.
